Bills – Calls will appear on itemised telephone bills. If you are not legally responsible for the charges incurred on the telephone line you use then please ensure you have the permission of that person before making the call.

Complaints - In the event of any problems or issues with the line, or if you have a complaint, please email us or telephone 0871 711 0052 between 12am and 6pm Monday to Friday. A copy of the telephone bill showing details of the call must be made available to us if required. 
 
Insurance – Covered by Full Professional Liability/Public Indemnity Insurance.
Other - Calls may be recorded for monitoring and training purposes.  Service only available to callers of 16 years of age or older.  Premium rate call barring may need to be removed to access this service; this can be done via your phone service provider.
